Waverly has a small spur serving a Peterson and Dake grain warehouse near the Waverly Ranch in the midst of the rolling hills of the San Joaquin Valley. There is no depot, only a small platform with an even-smaller shed. It was originally intended to have a double-ended spur but the scene looked better with just the one turnout.
